Janice Magee

MAGEE, Ms. Janice - Age 63, passed away Thursday, February 29, 2024 at Detroit Receiving Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. Ms. Magee leaves to cherish her memory: daughter, Evelyn Davis; grandchildren, Ka'lani Williams and D'Aris Wilson; mother, Willie Bell Magee; brother, Jovan Magee; nephew, Terrance Bates; and host of other relatives and friends including her loving companion, Marcus Clark.

Ms. Magee was preceded in death by her grandson, Ka'leel Williams; father, Eddie Magee; and twin brother, Jerry Magee.

There will be two services:

Michigan
Family hour 1:30PM Thursday March 14, 2024 from the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 268 North Perry Street, with funeral service commencing immediately at 2PM.

Friends and pallbearers will assembly at the funeral home 1:30PM Thursday. Ms. Magee will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, and may be viewed from 8am-2pm Thursday.

Mississippi
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 16, 2024 from 10:00am to 12:00pm at Oak Grove United Methodist Church, 122 Obed Magee Rd, Tylertown MS, 39667. The funeral service will commence immediately at 12:00pm. Interment will be at Oak Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery, 122 Obed Magee Road, Tylertown, Mississippi.
